Pregnant & Prepared Resource Guide
One of the best parts of pregnancy (and new motherhood) is realizing you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re looking for prenatal support, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding help, mental health resources, or just a little more community—there are so many amazing options right here in Central New York.
This resource guide was created for our Pregnant & Prepared attendees, but we hope it helps you long after the event too. We included local providers, programs, and organizations we trust—plus some of our favorite registry recommendations from the panelists.
And because sometimes support starts with simply seeing the right info at the right time, we also added a section of Instagram accounts worth following for education, encouragement, and evidence-based tips throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
Bookmark this page, share it with a friend, and come back anytime you need a reminder: you have options, you have support, and you are not alone.

Car Seats
If you would like support on installing your car seat you can search for a local child passenger safety technician here. Only 1 in 4 car seats are installed correctly so having someone who is knowledgeable is very helpful.
A few suggestions for the search try to limit the information you use, your zip code should be more than enough to find a few options in your area.
A great website for more information on car seats ishttps://csftl.org/. They even have a recommended car seat list that you can find here.
