Meet our Doctors

Dr. Nikki Titman opened her Oswego chiropractic office in August of 2015. She recently expanded and opened her Pulaski location in June of 2025. She grew up in Central New York and wanted to return to her roots. With her, she brought the expertise to serve the communities that contributed to her upbringing with a high level of natural health care. She is certified in prenatal chiropractic care and has special training in pediatric care.

A Career In Chiropractic

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people. As I explored career paths, I was drawn to chiropractic care because of its natural, non-invasive approach to healing and overall wellness. While researching chiropractic for a high school assignment, I discovered that it was one of the few healthcare professions that truly prioritized holistic health rather than just treating symptoms. That realization set me on the path to becoming a chiropractor.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. Unlike many chiropractic schools, D’Youville offers a multidisciplinary approach, allowing me to study alongside other healthcare professionals. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of how different medical fields can work together to provide the best possible care for patients.

As a Webster-certified chiropractor with specialized training in prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic care, I am passionate about supporting patients through all stages of life. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, or proactive wellness care, I’m here to help you achieve your health goals naturally.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my son, Jack, and exploring the beauty of our local community. Helping families thrive through chiropractic care is my passion, and I’m honored to be part of your wellness journey!

A few facts about me:

1. I am a self proclaimed nerd.  I love to learn, especially about the human body! 

2. I have seen every episode of Friends AND The Office at least 25 times. 

3. I am a big Harry Potter fan and firmly believe I’d be sorted into Gryffindor.

4. I really like to cook, but also love to watch people cook! Those facebook videos of recipes being made are my jam!
