Here’s the recipe we used at our Elderberry Make & Take class so you can recreate it at home:

How to Use Elderberry Syrup

  • Adults: 1 Tbsp daily for prevention; increase to 1 Tbsp every 2–3 hours if symptoms start.

  • Kids (over 1 year old): 1 tsp daily for prevention; increase to 1 tsp every 2–3 hours if symptoms start.
    (Note: Not recommended for babies under 1 year due to honey.)
