Wake up your nervous system, boost circulation, and support balance in just 10 minutes. Patients are welcome to use the vibration plate anytime at no cost!

Red Light Therapy

Red light supports healing, reduces inflammation, and helps the body recover. You can book online for focused time with the red light, but patients are also welcome to enjoy it in the wellness room complimentary during visits.

Neck (Cervical) Traction

Perfect for tech neck, migraines, or everyday tension. This gentle traction helps take pressure off the neck and upper spine so your body can move and function better. Complimentary for all patients.

Hydration Station
Stay refreshed with our complimentary water, or grab a delicious LMNT seltzer for $3 when you need an electrolyte boost.
